Student Relationship Management [SRM]
The i3 group bridges the gap between school and former student, allowing you to provide information and assistance to student-borrowers long after they’ve left campus. For schools, we provide a variety of data as well as case management services and tools, including the ability to reach your student-borrower throughout the cohort period. For students, we offer personalized outreach and counseling services, providing the knowledge and resources needed to properly manage their loan obligations.
