As of Monday, September 26, 2016, the Department of Education (ED) has released Cohort Default Rates (CDRs) for the 2013 cohort. Schools who are enrolled in the Electronic Cohort Default Rate (eCDR) process can access their eCDR package via the Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) mailbox. CDR Information is also publicly available as of September 29 through the NSLDS site.
The time period for appealing the 2013 CDRs begins on Tuesday, October 9, 2016. Now is the time to review your rates, compare the data, and talk to your i3 Client Services representative to determine whether your institution is interested in submitting appeals.
